The Fairy is a friendly NPC in Dino Kid, 99 Nights in the Forest who sells seeds for a renewable food source. Find her glowing Mushroom House, trade Flowers for Berry and Flower Seeds, and build a farm that keeps your camp fed all 99 nights.
How to find the Fairy
- ▸The Mushroom House is a permanent landmark, not a random spawn — it sits northeast or southwest of your camp.
- ▸Upgrade your campfire to Level 1–2 to clear the fog; her mushroom icon then appears on the map.
- ▸She is only around during the day — at night she vanishes, so visit before dusk.
- ▸You cannot attack her, so accidental swings near enemies are harmless.
What the Fairy sells
Her shop is all about farming. Spend Flowers — picked up from the forest floor and shared in a team-wide cloud inventory — on seeds you plant in Farm Plots (10 wood + 5 scrap at the crafting bench).

5–7 Flowers · grow Berries that restore hunger — your safest food source.
Flower Seeds
3–5 Flowers · grow more Flowers for trading and camp decoration.

Fairy Biome vs Fairy NPC
Don’t confuse the NPC with the Fairy Biome — a limited-time mini biome (added Jan 10, 2026) built around a Mother Tree event and a Fairy Shop selling a Box O’ Seeds. That biome is temporary; the Mushroom House Fairy is a permanent fixture. Note: the Bee MINI Biome is set to swap in for the Fairy Biome on July 25, 2026.
