The six badges

Playtime

Give Dino Kid 10 different items that each trigger a unique interaction.

Hand him a variety of food and objects — the badge tracks distinct interactions, not total feeds.

Babysitting

Reach Dino Kid Level 5 by feeding him and returning his lost trinkets.

Keep a Crock Pot running for Stew (up to 70 EXP per feed) to climb levels fastest.

Warding

Survive the hardest Cultist attack after completing the Dino Kid trinket hunt.

Paying 3 Cultist Gems + 1 Gem of the Forest for Challenge difficulty is what earns Warding (and the Gem of the Forest prize).

Dino Kid Tape 1

Keep Dino Kid protected for 5 nights (unhappy nights do not count).

A night only counts if his mood is good when night falls — fix needs before sunset.

Dino Kid Tape 2

Keep Dino Kid protected for 25 nights (unhappy nights do not count).

Same mood rule as Tape 1, stretched across a long run — steady feeding is key.

Dino Kid Tape 3

Keep Dino Kid protected for 60 nights (unhappy nights do not count).

The long-haul badge; a healthy, well-fed Dino Kid is the only way to bank 60 counted nights.

10 objects with a unique interaction (Playtime)

The Playtime badge asks you to give Dino Kid 10 different objects that each trigger a unique interaction. It counts variety, not repeats — so hand him a spread of different foods plus his own returned trinkets. This mix works reliably:

  1. 1.Apple
  2. 2.Carrot
  3. 3.Berry
  4. 4.Cake
  5. 5.Hearty Stew
  6. 6.Steak
  7. 7.Marshmallow
  8. 8.Pumpkin Pie
  9. 9.Dino Kid's Yoyo
  10. 10.Dino Kid's Crayon

Keep his mood up (Tape badges)

Three Tape badges only count a night when Dino Kid is happy at sunset. Solve each need before nightfall — every fix also pays EXP.

Too cold
Expand the campfire range so it covers his tent.
+100–150 EXP
Needs sleep
Make his bed inside the tent.
+100–150 EXP
Injured
Use a Bandage to heal him.
+100–150 EXP

The final Cultist raid (Warding)

Hold the camp through three Cultist waves

Finishing the trinket hunt triggers a mega Cultist attack the following night — three waves under a timer. You pick the difficulty by paying gems: Normal (1 Cultist Gem), Hard (3 Cultist Gems) or Challenge (3 Cultist Gems + 1 Gem of the Forest). Surviving the Challenge difficulty is what unlocks the Warding badge and pays out a Gem of the Forest plus 3 Cultist Gems.
